CCTV images released as concerns grow for missing Scots woman who vanished two days ago

Officers have released CCTV images as part of their search for a missing Glasgow woman.

Laura McCrone, 35, was last seen in the Beith Street area of Partick, at around 9am on Saturday. Police are continuing their extensive enquiries to trace Laura as they appeal for information.

She is described as being white, around 5ft 5, with a stocky build, fair complexion and brown hair tied in a bun. When last seen, she was wearing dark-coloured trousers of leggings and a long navy-clue padded jacket with a fur hood.

CCTV images released by officers show Laura on a bus. Sergeant Alan Robb said: “As time passes, our concern for Laura’s welfare continues to grow, and her family remain extremely worried for her.

“We are continuing to review CCTV images and are asking anyone who may have seen Laura or has any information on her whereabouts to come forward.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0728 of Saturday, January 28.
